After only one year since opening, the Skegness Academy have announced outstanding GCSE results.
The Skegness Academy took over the site of the troubled St Clement's College in September 2010 and has achieved a remarkable turn around in terms of discipline, behaviour and now examination results in less than twelve months. 100% of all year 11 pupils gained 5 or more grade Cs or above, compared to only 63% in St Clement's last year in 2010. Including mathematics and English, 44.6% gained 5 or more grade Cs and above, compared to St. Clement's 36%.
