- Learning Mentors have made a significant impact on catch-up premium pupils progress throughout the year.
- Intervention is planned effectively and includes 1:1 support (in and out of the classroom) and small group work.
- Learning Mentors work closely with the English and Mathematics teachers to ensure that the intervention delivered supports what is being learned within the classroom.
- As well as pleasing academic progress, pupils have displayed significant improvements in confidence. This has enabled to display positive behaviours across the site.
