Young Carers sessions are up and running in school and they run every other Tuesday during lunch time. 

If your child would like to join and is a Young Carer please encourage them to join these sessions. Students that do attend will be granted an early lunchtime pass.

The Young Carer group will enable them to talk to other students, form friendships and also give them chance to work with the Academy on how best to support Young Carers and have their voice heard. 

We want to make these sessions fun and eventually go into the community to allow Young Carers that bit of a break and time for themselves to experience different activities and opportunities. 

The group are currently planning some exciting activities so why not pop along and see what it is all about.
